We want happy customers. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase date.

There are a few things we can’t accept returns on: personalised or bespoke orders and gift cards.

Peachi Baby products must be in original condition, unwashed and unused.

Peachi Baby will not refund for goods that have been used and / or washed unless they are deemed to be faulty by us. 

It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to Peachi Baby so recorded delivery is advisable.

Return postage is payable by the customer & postage charges are not eligible for refund.

Refunds can only be given if you have bought the items directly from Peachi Baby. All other returns must go through the retailer you purchased from.
