How long does delivery take?

Standard UK Mainland post takes 2-5 business days.

Orders for Next Business Day will arrive on the next business day if you place your order before 2pm, otherwise they'll arrive on the second business day.

Whichever delivery option you choose, we'll send you tracking details so you can watch your parcel's journey!

When will my order ship?

Standard processing time is 1-2 days unless you choose Next Day delivery in which case the order will be processed on the same day (if ordered before 2pm). You'll get a shipment notification so you'll know when the postie has it. Then you'll know it will be on its way to you very soon!

Do you ship to UK PO Boxes?

Of course, Mama.

I'm having trouble with my tracking.

Oh no! In a few cases the posties can take a couple of days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn't working please email us at hello@peachibaby.com - we'll come to the rescue.

HELP! I put in the wrong delivery address!

Please contact us straight away at hello@peachibaby.com . Once an order has shipped it is out of our hands so please do contact us ASAP. 

Will I be charged VAT & Duties?

If you live in the UK you will not be charged VAT on nappies and you definitely won't pay any duties. These may be payable if you live overseas and this will have to be covered by you. Peachi Baby is fully compliant with international trade laws and will NOT be able to mark any packages as 'Gift' on customs declarations.

How do I clean my Peachi Baby nappies?

- Rinse cycle with half dose of detergent (30 min cycle)

- Main wash at 40 degrees celsius with full dose of detergent (2.5-3.5 hours)

- Tumble dry (inserts only) or line dry.
Our favourite detergent is Ariel Original (bio). Detailed laundry instructions here.

Eek! My bamboo inserts have shrunk!

Inserts are expected to shrink a bit (approx 10%) due to the high natural fibre content - extra fabric has been factored into the pattern to account for this. Giving them a good stretch after washing will help flatten them out.

What fit are Peachi Baby nappies?

Our nappies are slim-fit.

In terms of size, Peachi Baby Reusable Nappies are OSFM (one size fits most). Suitable for 7lb 5oz newborns all the way through to toddler / potty training age (33lbs to 37lbs) depending on individual, infant body shape.

Can I sell Peachi Baby products on my own site?

Unfortunately your purchase of Peachi Baby goods is only for you and your bub's personal use. If you are interested in wholesale opportunities please email Rosie at hello@peachibaby.com . I can't find my return slip.

Don't worry, Peachi Baby packages don't contain paper return slips. It will be in your emails, but if you can't find it just reach out to us at hello@peachibaby.com and we'll help you out.

Help! I received the wrong product.

So sorry about that! Please email hello@peachibaby.com and we'll get you the Peachis that you ordered.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Of course! You can make this change on your account page. If you need help just reach out at hello@peachibaby.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Uh oh! Check that your card number, expiry date, security code and billing address match what you've entered into our system. Has your card expired? In any doubt, contact your card issuer.
