All orders are shipped carbon neutral. Most order will be offset to fund the Jarí Para REDD+ Avoided Unplanned Deforestation project with Pachama. Our contributions go towards protecting the existing forest, improving the biomass through better forest management practices, and verifying the progress of the project. All other orders (placed via ShopPay), will be offset to fund the Brazil Nut Concession Forest Conservation Project, which protects more than 291,566 hectares of tropical forest in Peru and will prevent 14.5 million tons of CO2 emissions. This project is made up of 143 parcels of land operated by 377 Brazil nut farmers.

Peachi Baby Refund Policy
We want happy customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of reusable nappies, you can return them within 14 days of the purchase date.
There are a few things we can't accept returns on personalised or bespoke orders and gift cards.
Peachi Baby products must be in original condition, unwashed and completely unused.
Peachi Baby will not refund goods that have been used or washed unless they are deemed faulty by us.
It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods to Peachi Baby, so recorded delivery is advisable.
Return postage is payable by the customer & postage charges are not eligible for a refund.
International returns will have any associated return fees such as customs and duties deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds will only apply if you bought the items directly from Peachi Baby. All other returns must go through your retailer.
Suppose you don't want an item anymore, but it doesn't meet the return criteria above. In that case, you can post it for sale or swap it on our dedicated Buy/Sell/Swap Facebook Page. There's every chance someone will snap it up, especially if it's a popular print!
